I hope you won't mind if I give my 2 cents about your blog. First, I like the layout, hehehe... ;) Second, I suggest that if you have to mention certain characters, it will be a lot safer to use code names (example: evil names for people you don't like and nice names or real names for your friends).
Unfortunately, ella--much as you dislike her (it seems to me)--is right: your blog is public, therefore people are bound to discover it, especially since it is liked to/from the blogs of your colleagues. It's no excuse that this is your blog and they'd rather stay away from it if they don't want what's written on your blog. They just might stay away later on, but what if they're simply "passing by" and by accident read the stuff you've written and published about them?
